Elite Olympic Weightlifting Coaching

Develop strength and power using the Olympic lifts with Head Coach Brandon Accardi. Brandon has over a decade of experience coaching Olympic weightlifting at the national and international level with athletes qualifying for Oceania, Commonwealth and World championships.

Keiser Pneumatic Training

Accardi Barbell Club offers elite strength and conditioning programs with Keiser equipment. Athletes can develop elite strength and power with air resistance throughout the entire range of motion, without shock loading and a reduced risk of injury, to unlock their potential.

Science-Based Programming

Using scientific principles, we measure and track your adaptation to optimise training and performance. With this approach, we can develop athletes to build greater strength and power compared to their peers, while having the framework to scale their performance in the long term.
