Common FAQ’s
What are the gym's operating hours?
Our gym is open from 4-8 pm to Monday through Thursday (4-7 pm on Fridays), and from 8 - 9 am on Saturdays with Team Training at 10 am - 12 pm.
Outside the above coached sessions, the gym is available for 1-1 or private sessions via booking only.
Are there different class levels available?
All sessions are available for all levels. Our team of coaches will help you as necessary and be available to provide expert coaching throughout your training
Do you offer any open gym times?
No, we do not offer any open gym times only the coached sessions which are indicated on the timetable above.
How often should I attend weightlifting sessions?
We recommend attending at least 2-3 sessions weekly to see consistent progress, but the optimal frequency depends on your personal goals and training plan.
What is the duration of each session?
Most sessions are approximately one hour long, but some sessions may . The duration is indicated on the timetable.
How do I book a class?
You do not need to book a session unless you are planning to organise a casual drop-in session. Members are free to rock up at least 1 hour before closing time.
Can I try a weightlifting session before committing to a membership?
Yes, we offer a casual session for new members to experience our weightlifting classes before committing to a membership.
Do I need prior experience to join a weightlifting session?
No prior experience is necessary. We offer sessions for all skill levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced lifters.
