At Accardi Barbell Club, we help everyday people learn how to lift weights safely, confidently, and correctly.

Located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, we’re a coached strength gym built for everyday people — beginners, busy adults, and anyone looking for more than just a random workout.

If you’ve ever felt lost in a gym, unsure what to do, or intimidated by where to start, this is the place for you.

Most of our members had never tried Olympic Weightlifting before joining us, and many had little to no experience with strength training at all. That’s exactly what we’re here for.

We focus on teaching proper technique, building strength, and helping you feel capable in your body. Every part of our program is designed with purpose, and if there are movements or lifts you’re not yet ready for, our expert coaches know exactly how to adapt your training to suit your current ability and help you progress safely.

With expert coaching, structured training that actually makes sense, and a welcoming community that supports you from day one, Accardi Barbell Club is where you come to get stronger.

Our Services

Olympic Weightlifting

  • Access to coached sessions with expert coaches (10+ years experience coaching)

  • Olympic lifting equipment, Keiser machines, squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, a Smith machine, and Assault bike equipment

  • Includes a periodised program on the TrainHeroic app

  • Train with our fun and supportive community

Strength & Conditioning

  • Private sessions for 1-1, 2-1, 3-1

  • Ideal for individual athletes, small groups, sports clubs or teams

  • A state-of-the-art equipment including Keiser pneumatic machines to maximise results

  • Athletes who want to develop elite strength & power over their competition

  • Athletes who want to compete at the national and international level.

  • Suits sprinters (grass racing or track), track and field athletes, or any team sport athlete wanting to become more explosive.

Online Coaching
